If your Narrative Publish post isn't loading correctly, please check out the below troubleshooting steps.

General Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Publish Status: If blog posts are missing, verify whether they were unpublished or deleted accidentally. If a blog was deleted, you can reach out to our Support to restore it, allowing you to republish it. You may need access to your source files to republish your blog.

  2. Address publishing delays: If a post is still not loading correctly, duplicate the post by clicking the three dots on the blog and selecting 'Duplicate.' Then attempt to publish this duplicate to resolve the issue.


Alternatively, please consider the JPG export option rather than publishing via Narrative.

Resolving Specific Display Errors

  1. HTML code issues: For blogs not displaying correctly due to HTML errors:

    • Review the provided HTML code snippet in the blog editor to confirm it is entered correctly.

    • Replace it with an updated HTML code from Publish, if available, to resolve the issue.

Tips and Best Practices for Avoiding Publishing Problems

  • Always double-check your blogs for unintentional deletions or formatting issues before publishing.

  • Regularly back up your source files to avoid permanent loss in case of accidental deletion.
