If you see "You have reached the maximum number of blogs you can publish on your current plan", you've reached the number of posts your Publish plan lets you have published at the same time. It doesn't count every post you've ever made.
How many posts can I publish on my plan?
Here's how many posts you can have published at the same time on each Publish plan:
Trial: 2 posts
Lite: 10 posts
Basic: 50 posts
Pro: Unlimited posts
These are Publish plans. They're separate from your Narrative plan (Lite, Standard, Premium or Ultra).
How do I publish another post?
To publish another post, you can unpublish an older post or upgrade your plan.
Unpublish an older post
Unpublishing a post frees up space for a new one. It also takes that post off your website, so choose a post you no longer need online.
In Publish, find a post you no longer need online.
Publish your new post.
You don't need to delete the old post. It stays in Publish, so you can publish it again later.
Upgrade your plan
To publish more posts at once, upgrade your Publish plan in your Narrative account.
What if my post count looks wrong?
If your post count looks wrong, check which of your posts are published, and that you're signed in to the right account. If it still doesn't look right, contact us through the chat bubble or at [email protected] with how many posts you have published.
