Your Personal AI Presets are saved to your Narrative account, so you can use them on any computer you sign in to. You can't move them to a different Narrative account.
How do I use my AI Presets on another computer?
To use your AI Presets on another computer, sign in to the same Narrative account.
Open Narrative on the other computer and sign in.
Click AI Presets on the left of the Projects screen. Your AI Presets are listed there.
If an AI Preset needs downloading, wait for it to finish.
You can now use your AI Presets when you ship to Lightroom. Your projects don't come with them. To carry on a shoot on another computer, see Can Narrative sync across multiple devices?
How many computers can use my AI Presets at once?
Anyone signed in to your Narrative account can use your AI Presets. The number of devices that can be signed in at the same time depends on your plan:
Lite: 1 device.
Standard: 1 device.
Premium: 2 devices.
Ultra: 4 devices.
How many Personal AI Presets can I have?
Color and Black & White Personal AI Presets are counted separately:
Premium: 1 Color and 1 Black & White Personal AI Preset.
Ultra: 5 Color and 5 Black & White Personal AI Presets.
Can I move an AI Preset to a different account?
You can't move Personal AI Presets from one Narrative account to another. They stay with the account that trained them.
