How many Personal AI Presets do I get on Ultra?
The Ultra plan includes:
Up to 5 Color Personal AI Presets
Up to 5 Black & White Personal AI Presets
Can I use Personal AI Presets on Lite or Standard?
Personal AI Presets aren't included on the Lite or Standard plans. If you downgrade to Standard or Lite, your Personal AI Presets are locked straight away. To use them again, upgrade to Premium or Ultra. Compare Narrative plans.
Core and Artist AI Presets don't count toward your Personal AI Preset limit.
How do I unlock a Personal AI Preset?
You unlock a Personal AI Preset by shipping with it. The first time you choose a locked Personal AI Preset after clicking Ship + Edit, Narrative asks you to confirm it as one of your choices. Click Confirm to unlock it.
If you only have one Personal AI Preset of that type (Color or Black & White), Narrative unlocks it when you ship with it, without asking first.
Unlocking a Personal AI Preset uses one of your plan's slots for that type:
On Premium, unlocking a Color AI Preset uses your 1 Color slot, and your other Color Personal AI Presets are locked. Black & White works the same way.
On Ultra, each Personal AI Preset you unlock uses one of your 5 slots for that type.
You can tell each AI Preset's status at a glance by the icon next to it. Hover over the icon to see its name:
A green open lock icon (Available) means the AI Preset is unlocked and ready to use.
A green circle icon (Open for nomination) means the AI Preset is available to be unlocked.
How do I swap an unlocked Personal AI Preset for a different one?
To swap one of your unlocked Personal AI Presets for a different one, contact our support team and we'll change it for you.
What happens when I've used all my Personal AI Preset slots?
When you've unlocked all the Personal AI Presets your plan allows, Narrative tells you when you try to ship with another one. On Premium, you can upgrade to Ultra to use up to 5 of each type. On Ultra, contact our support team to talk about what you need.
