If you've shipped your images with an AI Preset, are seeing a "Sorry, something went wrong" error in Narrative, and your AI Preset isn't appearing on your images in Lightroom, try the following steps:

1. Check that the Narrative plugin is enabled in Lightroom

The plugin may have been disabled when Narrative attempted to edit your images. To check:

  1. Open Lightroom Classic and go to File > Plugin Manager

  2. Find Narrative in the list and confirm it is set to Enabled

  3. If it was disabled, enable it, then try shipping and editing again using a new Lightroom catalog

2. Re-ship your images into Lightroom

If your Lightroom had to close in order to open a new catalog, Narrative may have attempted to complete the edit before Lightroom was ready. Try shipping your images again - this usually resolves the issue if the Narrative Lightroom Plug-in is enabled.
