If you're trying to train a Personal AI Preset and you're currently stuck on the analyzing screen, please double check the following:
Catalog Storage:
If any of your catalogs are stored on a network drive (NAS), they must first be copied onto your computer or an external drive.
If you're using a cloud based storage system such as iCloud or OneDrive, ensure that you have all the files related to your catalog downloaded to your computer.
Original RAWs Must Be Linked or Smart Previews Built:
The original raw files must be available and correctly linked to the Lightroom catalog, or the Lightroom catalog must have Smart Previews created.
To build Smart Previews, open each catalog, head to the menu bar and click Library -> Previews -> Build Smart Previews.
Optimising your Lightroom Catalog Size:
If your Lightroom Catalog is extremely large with multiple shoots, try optimising it to reduce your catalog size. You can also split it into smaller catalogs to ensure it's not too large.
Allowing Permissions for Narrative:
Ensure you have allowed all permissions for Narrative, you can do this by going to System Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Files and Folders:
Update Narrative:
Ensure that Narrative is up to date, you can do this by clicking 'Narrative Select + Edit' in the menu bar, then 'Check for Updates':
If you've gone through the above steps and your Personal AI Preset is still stuck on the uploading screen, you should clear your cache and restart Narrative.
You can clear your cache by clicking Help > Troubleshooting > Delete App Cache
Please note, this will also reset your preferences so you might want to jump back into that menu and re-apply any preferences you had selected.
