Issue One: Website or Blog posts are not loading
The last potential issue is that your website host or theme is stopping the post from loading, if you have troubleshooted very other method then there is a chance this is the issue.
π WP Rocket
A common one is the WP Rocket plugin. Instead of having to deactivate the whole WP Rocket plugin, if you try turning off their JS minification setting that should solve the issue.
If the above doesn't work, please try the following:
Clear Cache:
Head back to the "Dashboard" in WP Rocket.
Click the "Clear cache" button on the right side.
It would also be beneficial to clear the cache for the specific post/page.

Issue Two: "Your Narrative Blog will appear here"
πOn Gutenberg
If this is what you see on Gutenberg there are a few potential issues.
You may have not put the code in the right block. It needs to be inside a Custom HTML block. This Gif shows you how to Add a custom HTML block
2. The post may not be published. Check your Narrative App to make sure the post is published.
3. The code may be incorrect. Head back to Narrative and press the "Copy Link" Button and paste it. Do not make any changes to the code or the post might not work.
π Classic Editor
You may have not put the code in the right section. Make sure the code is pasted in the "Text" tab and not the visual tab
2. The post may not be online. Check your Narrative App to make sure the post is online.
3. The code may be incorrect. Head back to Narrative and press the "Copy Link" Button and paste it. Do not make any changes to the code or the post might not work.
π Through the WordPress plugin
If this is what you see on back there are a few potential issues.
1. The post may not be live. Check your Narrative App to make sure the post is online.
2. The post may not be connected to the one on your website. You'll need to un-publish the post and republish it to reconnect it.
3. Your Narrative Account may be locked or deleted. If you have received an email about a payment failure or you've locked your account your post might not load. Please double check your subscription is active.

Issue Three: The blog is stretched, missing padding or looks weird
π Potential CSS issues
For example:
If your blog looks a little different to what it looks like inside of Narrative it may be because of a CSS issue. CSS varies from website to website.

Issue Four: Only one image showing
If you are running into an issue where there is only one image showing it means that the blog script isn't loading properly.

π Test website
If your Wordpress website is in a testing or staging environment then its likely this could be stopping your website from loading. Try making your website live and see if the posts now load.
