When you encounter a technical issue, the Narrative support team may request your application logs to help diagnose and resolve the problem more quickly.
Steps to Upload Your Logs
Open Narrative on your computer
Navigate to the Help menu in the top toolbar and select Help > Troubleshooting > Send Logs to Support
Your logs will automatically begin uploading to our support team
4. Once successfully uploaded, you'll see a confirmation message confirming your logs have been sent
