How to Upload Your Logs to Support

If you're running into a bug, sometimes a Narrative Team member will ask you to upload your Logs to support to troubleshoot the issue that you may be running into and help us solve it quicker.

To upload your logs:

1. Open Narrative

2. In the top tool bar, select Help > Debug > Send Logs to Support

3. Your logs will now begin to upload.

4. Once they have been uploaded and sent you'll see the confirmation as shown below:
