My Payment Method Is Failing, What Can I Do?

What to do if your payment method is failing when paying for your subscription.

If you're currently encountering issues adding your payment details to your Narrative account, we'd recommend trying the following:

1. Contact your card provider

Your card provider might be blocking the payment. Reach out to them and ask them to allow payments to Narrative.

2. Autofill Link

First, go to the Subscriptions tab and locate "Add Payment Details". On the right-hand side, you'll see an option labeled 'Autofill Link'. Please try creating an account through Link and use it to update your payment details.
