If you're currently encountering issues adding your payment details to your Narrative account, or you're facing issues with failed payments, we'd recommend trying the following:
1. Contact your card provider
Your card provider might be blocking the payment. Reach out to them and ask them to allow payments to Narrative.
Ensure your card is eligible for online or recurring payments. Inform the bank to unblock payments for Narrative if flagged as suspicious.
2. Autofill Link
First, go to the Subscriptions tab and locate "Add Payment Details". On the right-hand side, you'll see an option labeled 'Autofill Link'. Please try creating an account through Link and use it to update your payment details.
