How to screen record an issue (Mac)
If you are on Mojave or later follow these steps. If you are on an earlier macOS version click here.
Press "shift" + "command" + 5 to open the screen recorder.
Click on this icon here to put it into recording mode
Press record
Start recording what support have asked you to record. Once you have finished press stop.
Find the recording (by default if will be on your desktop)
Once you have successfully recorded your Narrative bug or issue, please upload it to dropbox
How to screen record an issue (Windows)
For Windows Vista users and later, please follow these steps:
Click on the Start menu and start typing 'Snipping tool' to locate the native snipping tool app
Click the Record option and then click new
Use the mouse cursor to highlight the area you want to record and click Start.
When you're done, click stop and save the recording.
Once you have successfully recorded your Narrative bug or issue, please upload your saved recording to dropbox
