Can I get back a Personal AI Preset I deleted by mistake?
If you deleted a Personal AI Preset by mistake, our Support team can help restore it. Contact us through the chat bubble or at [email protected] and tell us the name of the AI Preset you deleted. We'll let you know when it's back in your account.
What if my Personal AI Preset is missing but I didn't delete it?
If your Personal AI Preset is missing from Narrative, check you're signed in with the same Narrative account you trained it on. Personal AI Presets sync to every device you sign in to and show in the AI Presets tab, though a Personal AI Preset may need to download before you can use it on a new device. If it still isn't there, contact Support through the chat bubble or at [email protected] with the name of the missing AI Preset.
