Your billing anniversary is the date your paid plan renews each month or year, and the date we take your payment. It starts on the day you buy a plan, not the day you create your account.
When is my billing anniversary on a monthly plan?
On a monthly plan, your billing anniversary is the same day each month. For example, if you bought your plan on the 5th, you're charged on the 5th of each month.
When is my billing anniversary on a yearly plan?
On a yearly plan, your billing anniversary is the same date each year. For example, if you bought your plan on June 20, you're charged on June 20 each year.
How do I find my next billing date?
You can see your next billing date in your Narrative account.
Click Subscriptions.
Look for the next billing date on your plan.
To check a charge, open the invoice for it on the same page.
Can my billing anniversary change?
Your billing anniversary can change if you change your plan:
If you change your plan in your Narrative account, your billing anniversary stays the same.
If you change your plan through checkout, your billing anniversary resets to that day.
