Sometimes a Narrative Team member will ask you to grab your Select Support Pack. This is so that we can troubleshoot the issue that you may be running into and help us solve it quicker.
1. Open Narrative Select
2. In the top tool bar (mac) or the menu hamburger (windows), select Help > Troubleshooting > Download Support Pack
3. Save it to a location on your device (e.g. desktop). It might take a minute or two to appear.
4. Send it to the Narrative Team, the file is usually quite small, so you should be able to attach it as an email to [email protected]
