Please note, there are two ways to publish your completed post. This post shows you how to publish via Narrative's publishing service, there is also the option to export your post as JPGs
How to Publish to Wordpress via Narrative
- Click Publish
If this is your first time publishing a window will appear showing you information Narrative's Publish and Export Features. Press "Continue Publishing" to continue to the Publish Settings
2. Input your website's URL - eg www.mywebsite.co
Click on the Wordpress logo
Input your Wordpress theme
and press continue.
Narrative will then check if you have the Narrative Plug-in installed. If you have not installed the plugin yet, Click here to learn how.
3. Select the category you want to publish to and if the posts should publish as drafts or as live posts, press update to continue.
You have now set your Publish settings. If you ever need to change these press on this gear icon in the Publish panel.
4. Press publish to publish the blog.
Your Images will now start uploading. Once the images have finished uploading the blog status will be changed to Published.

5. Press "Visit Page" to be taken to your post.
This will take you to your post, this either the preview version of the published version, depending on your publishing settings. To view the back end of your post, click "Edit Post" in the top left.
If you are using Gutenberg your back end will look like this:
If you are using the Classic editor it will look like this:
If you want to make changes to your post you can just edit the blog and then press the "Update Blog" button.
Gutenberg also allows to open a blog post from WordPress, click on the Narrative block and then select "Edit in Narrative". This will open up the current blog post in Narrative.
To preview what visitors to your website will see, click preview.
Once you are happy with how your blog post looks press Publish to publish your blog post.
