Loupe View shows one photo large, with a filmstrip of the photos around it, so you can check a photo closely and compare it with the alternatives. Narrative opens in Loupe View by default.
Press E to open Loupe View.
Press Y to switch the filmstrip between horizontal and vertical.
What do the assessments in the Loupe View filmstrip mean?
Each photo in the Loupe View filmstrip shows its First Pass assessment and its rank within its Scene. First Pass uses five categories:
Best in scene: a leading candidate.
Above average: another strong option.
Average: worth comparing with alternatives.
Below average: potential issues or stronger alternatives.
Undesirable: significant issues flagged for review.
The category and rank compare a photo with the other photos in the same Scene. They're not a score for your whole shoot. Rank 1 is the top-ranked photo in that Scene. A low category never rejects or deletes a photo.
Hover over an assessment to see why the photo got it. To learn more about each assessment, see AI First Pass Image Assessments.
