The Text Block

The Text Block is a block that you can add to your blog post that will allow you add text to your blog post. It acts the same as the other blocks inside Narrative in that all you need to do is drag it into the layout and then double click to edit. In the right-hand panel you will see a few options around formatting.

One super important and pretty awesome feature about Narrative Publish Text Blocks is that they will match the style settings on your website, so you don't need to worry about fonts or colors.

Use the Style and Alignment options to choose how you want your text to show on your website (be sure to use the same heading tags used in your websites style to ensure the best results). There's also an option to preview different fonts, but please note that the font won't be transferred through to your website. When you publish the post, the post will take on the font style settings of your website instead.

After you publish the post, if it doesn't look right, you can update the formatting, click update and the changes will instantly be reflected on your website.
