You can change your Narrative password in your Narrative account online, or get a reset link by email if you've forgotten it.
How do I change my Narrative password?
To change your password:
Click Account Details on the left.
Click change your password.
Check your email for a link to reset your password, and follow it to set a new one.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can ask for a reset link:
Go to the password reset page.
Enter the email address for your Narrative account.
Check your email and follow the link to set a new password.
What if I can't find the reset email?
If you can't find the email with the reset link, check the email address you entered is the one for your Narrative account, then try again. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us through the chat bubble or at [email protected].
Important: Never send us your password.
