The Download Images button gives visitors to your Publish post an easy way to download all the photos in it. You can place the button anywhere in your post. It's a great way to share sneak peeks with your clients after a shoot.
How do I add the Download Images button to my post?
To add the Download Images button, follow these steps.
Drag the Download Button block from the gallery panel to where you want it in your post.
Click the button in your layout. Its settings open in the Selected Block tab in the panel on the right.
How do I change how the button looks?
In the Selected Block tab, you can change these settings for the Download Images button:
Title: The text on the button. It says Download Images until you change it.
Fill, Hover Fill, Line and Hover Line: The button's colors, normally and when someone hovers over it. Choose Black, Grey, White or Transparent for each.
Style: The button's shape. Choose Rectangle, Rounded or Pill.
Size: Choose Small, Medium or Large.
What do visitors download?
When a visitor clicks the Download Images button on your post, they download a zip file with the same name as your post. Inside is a folder with each of the photos in the post. Photos that sit side by side in your layout are saved as separate photos, ready to share on social media.
Note: Photos are downloaded at 1500px wide. The Download Images button is made for sharing sneak peeks, not for delivering full-size photos to your clients.
The Download Images button doesn't work if you export your post as JPGs.
