How the Pinterest Plugin Works
When you enable the Pinterest plugin, a small "save" button will float above each image. When clicked, this will allow visitors to your site to pin the photo to their board.
You can control the size and position of the button by selecting the option from the drop down menus.

How to Add Pinterest Pins to Your Blog Post
Click on the Publish inspector panel
Scroll down where it says Include Pinterest Buttons and click on the toggle to enable the plugin.
Choose the size and position of the button by selecting the option from the drop down menus.
Once you are happy with the options, click Publish or Update Blog to see the plugins now enabled on your blog post.
