You can rename a Publish post from the All Posts screen. Renaming changes the post's name in Publish only.

Go to the All Posts screen and find the post you want to rename.
Click the three dots in the bottom right of the post, then click Rename.
Type the new name and press Return.
Publish saves the new name, and the post shows it on the All Posts screen.
