If your AI Presets aren't appearing in Lightroom after successfully shipping your images, follow these steps:
1. Apply an AI Preset is toggled on
Ensure "Pre-edit images for Lightroom" is toggled on in the shipping menu:
2. Set Develop and Metadata import settings to 'None'
When importing images to Lightroom, select 'None' for both 'Develop Settings' and 'Metadata':
3. Ensure you are not using a Read-only or Case-sensitive drive
Ensure your drive isn't read-only or case-sensitive, which can prevent edits, ratings, or labels from appearing. Read more about debugging your HDD/SSD here.
4. Ensure There's Available Storage Space on Your Drive
Make sure your drive has sufficient free space. Narrative needs available storage to save edits to your images, so if your drive is full or nearly full, this can prevent your AI Presets working correctly. We recommend keeping at least more than 1 GB of free space available during the editing process.
💡 Tips:
Allow time for the AI Presets to load.
If your source folder is on a SD card, try a HDD or SSD instead.
