Every Narrative user will initially receive 1,000 free credits to start editing. Once you're out, you will need to purchase more credits to continue using any Personal and Artist Styles.
Artist and Personal Styles are Paid Styles, these require credits in order to edit. Our Free Narrative Styles do not require any credits.
Editing an image with a Paid Style (Artist or Personal Styles) cost one credit per image. This means you can try multiple Styles on the same image for no extra cost!
Credit Pack Options
We currently have three different options for purchasing credits:
Individual credits, paying as you go for each edited image - 10c per image
2,000 credit pack, buying 2,000 edits in advance - 8c per image
5,000 credit pack, buying 5,000 edits in advance - 6c per image
How to view your total number of Credits
Sign in to your account
Click on the Subscriptions tab on the left
Your total credits will show in the Narrative Edit box
Purchasing Credits inside of Select
If you exceed your available credits while Shipping images with your selected Style, you'll have two options:
pay as you go at 10c USD per image, or
click the Change Plan button to purchase a credit pack and save up to 4c per image
Select the credit pack you'd like to go with, then hit the Save button. When you hit Save, the card you have connected to your Narrative account will be automatically charged for the credit pack.
If you'd like to change your card before purchasing, you can add or update your payment details on the Subscriptions tab of your account portal here.
Purchasing Credits from the Narrative Website
Head over to the Subscriptions tab of your Narrative account portal, here, and you'll see an option to Buy Credits inside the Narrative Edit box.
You'll have three different options for purchase:

Once you've chosen which option you'd like to buy, hit the Purchase button to get your credits.
