You can add the same Publish post to more than one website. You do this with your post's embed code, which you can paste into as many websites as you like.

How do I add my post to more than one website with embed code?

If you publish with embed code, follow these steps.

  1. In Publish, click Publish and wait for your post to finish uploading.

  2. Click Copy Link. This copies your post's embed code.

  3. On each website, paste the code into a Custom HTML or embed code block.

Your post shows on each website where you pasted the code. Each website needs to allow JavaScript (the code that loads your post).

How do I add my post to more than one website if I use the WordPress plugin?

The Narrative WordPress plugin connects to one WordPress website. To add a post to another website as well, switch that post to embed code.

  1. In your post, change the category to Publish via Code.

  2. Click Publish. If your post is already published, click Yes, update now. when Publish asks you to update it.

  3. When it's finished uploading, click Copy Link.

  4. Paste the code into a Custom HTML block on the other website.

Publish remembers the category you chose last. To keep publishing through the plugin afterwards, change the category back to your usual one, then click Publish or Update Blog. Your post goes to WordPress as a draft if Publish as Draft is turned on.

What if my websites are in different languages?

If your websites are in different languages, you can duplicate your post from the home screen instead, so each copy has its own text and SEO details. See Duplicate a Publish post.
