In Wordpress

To share a post with the Narrative support team it will need to be publicly available. By using the trick below you will ensure that no one else will see the post while support is looking at it.

  1. Your Wordpress blog posts are ordered by the date they are created. Change the creation date so that the post is the very last post on your website. A date such as 1st Jan 1999 will do this.

2. Publish the post so it is live.

3. Copy the Permalink and share this with the Narrative support team

In Squarespace

To share a post with the Narrative support team it will need to be publicly available. By using the trick below you will ensure that no one else will see the post while support is looking at it. There are two methods to do this in Squarespace.

Method 1

Change the date of the post.

  1. Edit the relevant blog and change the creation date to an old date. This will ensure that the post shows last on your current blog.

2. Select the options tab and share the post URL with the Narrative support so they can see the post.

3. Publish the post so it is live.

Method 2

Create a new un-linked blog. This is a full-proof method that will ensure no-one else will see the post when you need to share it with the support team.

  1. Under the 'non-linked' section of your 'Pages' editor, create a new blog

2. Add a new post to this blog and paste the Narrative code within the blog. Ensure the post is 'published'
3. Select the 'options' tab to see the URL for the post. Share this with the support team so we can see the post.
