If Narrative Publish crashes, please send us your crash report. Without the crash report it can be very difficult for us to fix the issue.

To send a crash report

After the app crashes, re-launch Narrative Publish.

Soon after the app opens you will be presented with a box telling you that Narrative quit unexpectedly.

Do not click Ignore! You cannot retrieve the crash report later if you do.

Select Report.

Select Show details.

Copy all the text from the text box (⌘a then ⌘c)

Paste (⌘v) this text into an email, including as much detail as as you can around what you were doing when the app crashed, and send to support@narrative.so
