How to Download Your Support Pack and Upload Your Logs

Sometimes a Narrative Team member will ask you to grab your Select Support Pack or logs. This is so that we can troubleshoot the issue that you may be running into and help us solve it quicker.

 

 

How to Download Your Support Pack

1. Open Narrative Select

2. In the top tool bar, select Help > Debug > Download Support Pack

 

3. Save it to a location on your device (e.g. desktop). It might take a minute or two to appear.

4. Send it to the Narrative Team, the file is usually quite small, so you should be able to attach it as an email to support@narrative.so

 

 

How to Send Your Logs to Support

1. Open Narrative Select

2. In the top tool bar, select Help > Debug > Send Logs to Support

 

3. Your logs will now begin to upload.

 

 

4. Once they have been uploaded and sent you'll see the confirmation as shown below:
