Sometimes a Narrative Team member will ask you to grab your Select Support Pack. This is so that we can trouble shoot the issue that you may be running into and help us solve it quicker.

How to download your Support Pack

1. Open Narrative Select

2. In the top tool bar, select Help > Debug > Download Support Pack

3. Save it to a location on your device (e.g. desktop). It might take a minute or two to appear.

4. Send it to the Narrative Team, the file is usually quite small, so you should be able to attach it as an email.
