If you've found yourself here, it's likely the Support Team has asked you to record an app bug or issue so they can further investigate your query. 

How to screen record an issue 

If you are on Mojave or later follow these steps. If you are on an earlier macOS version click here

1. Press "shift" + "command" + 5 to open the screen recorder.
2. Click on this icon here to put it into recording mode

3. Press record
4. Start recording what support have asked you to record. Once you have finished press stop.
5. Find the recording (by default if will be on your desktop) and send it to support.

Once you have successfully recorded your Narrative bug or issue, you can email [email protected]
