Overdue Narrative Payment

If you have found yourself here it is likely that your Narrative payment is overdue. 

If your Narrative payment is overdue for much longer your account will be suspended. If your Narrative account is suspended your published blog posts will not be live and you will not be able to use the app at full functionality. 

It is important to resolve your overdue payment asap. Below are the reasons for why your payment is overdue and how to resolve this issue.

Reasons for Overdue Payment

There are a few reasons for a payment being over due, it is most likely due to your credit card failing or being outdated. 

If your card is failing and you are presented an error message, click here to learn more about what that error means. 

It's likely that you will need to update your card to resolve the issue.
Click here to add a card or update your current cards details.

Once you've updated your card you should be automatically charged and your payment status should correct to when your next payment is due. 

If your card does not automatically charge then you will need to contact Narrative support and they will do it for you.
